Cristian Farias is a Southern California native. Growing up in San Diego, Cristian developed an affinity for the Cali-Lifestyle. His father, an immigrant from Mexico, taught Cristian about culture and diversity. His Mother, being in the music industry, taught him about “the hustle.” Cristian started dance lessons at the age of 5, and by age 10 had started his career as a professional dancer. For the next 17 years, Cristian developed a resume dancing with admired artists like Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, and Janet Jackson. He later transitioned into writing under a publishing deal with Interscope Records, where he honed his entrepreneurial spirit, and learned the importance of integrity and business acumen. Automatically set with drive and determination, Cristian’s pivot into Real Estate from the entertainment industry was seamless. “Through my first two career’s, I developed a philosophy: Put the grit into achieving what you want, but always maintain patience” says Cristian. “And it applies to real estate, too. Always hungry, but always humble”. He also offers a personable and dedicated hands-on experience with his clients. Cristian currently lives in West Hollywood with his partner and their dog Milo. In their spare time they enjoy the beach, and watching films.
